Education

Education

Contributing to the field of education allows you to invest directly in the development of those in need or in vulnerable communities.

Here are some examples of the many educational areas that you can give towards.

Early childhood

Research shows that the first five years of a child’s development have a significant impact on wellbeing and success later in life. You can make a difference to Australia's future by contributing to the provision and improvement of early childhood education.

Rural and remote areas

Australians who live in rural and remote areas typically have lower educational outcomes than their metropolitan counterparts, which impacts on their health and socioeconomic wellbeing. Your support in this area can effect lasting change on whole communities in both the short and long term.

Remedial/special needs

Children with learning disorders or intellectual disabilities are particularly vulnerable to widening gaps in their education, compared with the typical development of others in their age group. Giving towards remedial and special needs education will provide the additional resources and support required to ensure that these children have a greater opportunity to grow and reach their full potential.
